After our Professional Development day where we had staff drawing and discussing what we thought a student that left McNeely after attending here should look and be like, we asked staff some follow up questions to try and come up with a hunch for a new direction for our school focus. Here is what we came up. They survey was sent to all classroom and resource teachers and we received 18 responses. 

Self regulation was the most common answer.
