During our staff meeting on January 10th, staff spent time considering the following questions: 

  What are we noticing about our school community?  

How do we know?  

Why is it important? 

In this scanning process our community wrote down responses on sticky notes and placed them under the appropriate themes. Each theme correlated to a larger district focus. Once the notes were placed, each statement was identified as belonging to a specific priority in our district’s Strategic Plan.
